DEFENCE ATTACHE TO BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION IN SRI LANKA VISITS NMA

            The Defence Attache´ to the British High Commission in Sri Lanka Colonel Paul J Clayton MBE called on the Commandant Naval & Maritime Academy Commodore Damian Fernando on 10th October 2022. The Commandant and the DA had a brief discussion during his short visit to NMA and exchanged mementoes as a token of appreciation.

            A discussion was held in the Commandant’s Conference Hall with the participation of the Directing staff of the NMA and the DA positively exchanged views on training opportunities that can be extended to SLN.  

            The DA was given an opportunity to visit the Naval Dockyard, the Naval Museum, and the Coral Cove beach and also he was able to admire the scenic beauty during the Harbour Cruise.
