ABOUT US

The Training Design & Evaluation Cell (TDEC) is bound to achieve quality training in NMA. The prime task of TDEC is to monitor and evaluate the training, which leads to effective training and the achievement of common standards. Further, TDEC functions as an internal training audit unit, identify planning and implementation gaps, gaps in training and function as resource center. Moreover it performs as a coordinating center with regard to training designs ,updating of course curricula , evaluation criteria , develop human resources involving in NMA training, and function as a training information center.

    OUR POLICY

To standardise the teaching – learning process in the academy by carrying out task monitoring and analysing, designing master syllabuses in co-ordination for preparing standard lesson plans while keeping abreast of the latest trends in the field of training to ensure systematic conduct of training.
