The training design and evaluation cell (TDEC) is bound to achieve quality training in NMA, Prime task is to monitor and evaluate the training which led to work out effective training and achieving of common standards. Further TDEC function as internal training audit unit. Identify planning and implementation, gaps of training, Function as resource center. Function as coordinating center w.r.t training design and updating of course curriculum and evaluation criteria, develop human resource involving in NMA training, and function as Training information center.

To standardize the teaching learning process in the academy by carrying out task monitoring & analysis designing master syllabuses co-ordination for preparing standards lesson plans keeping abreast of the latest trends in the field of training to ensure systematic conduct of training.
