The opening ceremony for the GR II Qualifying Course 02/2025,was held on February 10, 2025, at the Naval & Maritime Academy Gunnery School. This course aims to enhance sailors’ knowledge in weaponry. The GR II course includes 30 trainees undergoing a 17-week programme, split between academic and practical training. Commander (G) SMMLB Sakalasooriya officiated the event.
