PASSING OUT  PARADE OF 38TH DI QUALIFICATION COURSE

The Passing Out Parade for the 38th Drill Instructor Qualification Course took place on October 18, 2024, at the Naval and Maritime Academy’s Parade Ground. The event celebrated the completion of the course, which began on April 22, 2024, with ten junior sailors, including one female trainee. At the end of the rigorous training, only five sailors successfully graduated. Leading Seaman MPGD Premarathna received the Copper Chain and Whistle Award for exceptional performance. Commodore Rohan Joseph, the Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and he congratulated the new Drill Instructors during his address, highlighting their achievements and dedication to duty.
