BASIC MARKSMANSHIP COURSE  02/2024 TERMINATES SUCCESSFULLY.

The closing ceremony of the Basic Marksmanship Course 02/2024 was held at the NMA, Marksmanship & Sniper Training School on 13th June 2024 with the presence of Lieutenant Commander (INF) SK Nawalage, the OIC of Naval Marksmanship & Sniper Training School senior and junior sailor also attended the event.

 The course commenced on 27th May 2024 with the participation of 09 officers, and 06 junior sailors. This course aimed to improve the standard of Marksmanship among the officers and sailors of the Sri Lanka Navy, whilst enabling them to use their personal weapons efficiently and accurately in any condition.

 Certificates were awarded to signify the successful completion of the course. LCdr SK Nawalage delivered closing remarks, praising the participants’ dedication and emphasising the importance of their acquired skills.
