THE NMA RECORDS OUTRIGHT WIN IN INTER COMMAND TUG OF WAR

The Navy Inter – Command Tug of War championship – 2023 which was held from 20th to 21st October 2023 concluded at the SLNS Pandukabaya in a successful manner.

The Training Command emerged as champions in the Men’s category and 03rd place in the women’s category.

The Training Command Men’s team secured the championship against the Northern Naval Command team in a dominant fashion and the women’s team got the 03rd place against the Northern Naval Command team. Both the Training Command teams displayed their exceptional performances.

The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of the Deputy Area Commander of the North Central Area Commodore MDK Wijewardana and a group of officers and sailors were also present on this occasion.
