Laying the Keel for 3rd Long Executive Specialisation Course

Striving the professional excellence, 27 no’s of executive officers embarked Naval and Maritime Academy, the premier training institute of Sri Lanka Navy today in order to attend Long Executive Specialisation Course No.03. Accordingly, these officers set their sails in Long ASW, Long Communication, Long Navigation and Long Gunnery disciplines. The inauguration ceremony was held under the aegis of Training Captain and with the participation of all the faculty members of NMA at Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda Auditorium. The Training Captain congratulated all the Student Officers whilst welcoming them onboard with promising indispensable faulty mentorship. Appending to the customary welcome speech, the Training Captain unveiled the road map of 52 weeks passage that of inching them towards the zenith of professional prospects.

Inauguration of 3rd Long Executive Specialisation Course is yet another testimony of NMA perseverance of pursuing academic excellence and endowed 64 qualified officers in the field of ASW, Communication, Navigation and Gunnery since the induction of 01st Long Executive Specialisation Course in 2019.
