INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PHASE III QUALIFYING COURSE 01/2025 COMMENCED AT NAVAL AND MARITIME ACADEMY

The opening remarks of the Phase III Information Technology Qualifying Course 01/2025 was held at the Information Technology School on 17th February 2025, marking the official commencement of the course. 

This course aims to enhance theoretical and practical knowledge of the IT sailors in both Naval and Information Technology subjects. The objective of the course is to equip sailors with the necessary expertise to excel as professionals in the Information Technology branch sri lanka navy. Phase III Information Technology Qualifying Course 01/2025 consists of fifteen (15) Sailor Under Trainees who are undergoing twenty seven (27) weeks of academic studies at NMA and the course will be completed on 22nd August 2025.

The Officer-in-Charge of the Information Technology School, LCdr (IT) WSC Fernando, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and other instructors of the Information Technology School participated in the commencement ceremony of the course.
