OPENING ADDRESS OF THEĀ  38TH INTAKE KDU (TECHNICAL) AND 40TH INTAKEĀ  KDU ADVANCED MILITARY TRAINING

The opening address of the 38th Intake KDU (Technical) and 40th Intake KDU Advanced Military Training was held at the Mini auditorium of the Naval and Maritime Academy. The Commandant Commodore Rohan Joseph graced the event as the Chief Guest. The Deputy Training Captain, Officer Training Officer and the divisional team participated in this event.

The 38th Intake KDU (Technical) Course consists of 13 Midshipmen and 40th Intake KDU consists of 33 cadets. The course is designed for 29 and 50 weeks respectively. The course aims to provide a comprehensive academic and military training. The curriculum encompasses theoretical and practical aspects, fostering the development of qualities and capabilities necessary for the OUTs to evolve into competent and professional naval officers.
