The Opening Ceremony of the ‘Basic Marksmanship Course 01/2024 was held successfully at the Naval Marksmanship & Sniper Training School, Naval & Maritime Academy on 27th  May 2024.
Basic Marksmanship Course 01/2024 which is comprised of 09 Officers and 06 Junior sailors, training serves for trainees to equip with proficiency in combat shooting skills by utilizing the principles of Basic Marksmanship and the theory of Machine Gun (MG) fire.
Further, the official opening ceremony of the course was graced by Lieutenant Commander (INF) SK Nawalage, the Officer in Charge of the Naval Marksmanship & Sniper Training School.
