INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PHASE III QUALIFYING COURSE 01/2024 COMMENCED AT NMA

The opening address of the Phase III Information Technology Qualifying Course 01/2024 was held at the Information Technology School on 27th May 2024 marking the official commencement of the course. 

This course aims to enhance the theoretical and practical knowledge of the sailors in both Naval and Information Technology subjects. Its goal is to equip sailors with the necessary expertise to excel as professionals in the Information Technology branch. Phase III Information Technology Qualifying Course 01/2024 consists of 28 numbers of Sailor Under Trainees who are undergoing twenty-four (24) weeks of academic studies at NMA and the Course will be terminated on 30th November 2024.

The Second in Charge of the Information Technology School LCdr(IT) KPHS Karunanayake, the Chief Instructor FCPO(IT) AI Obesinghe and other instructors from the Information Technology School participated in the course commencement ceremony.
