OPENING CEREMONIES OF PO ‘Q’ EM /REM COURSE 01/2024 AND PH III EM /REM COURSE 01/2024.

The opening ceremonies of both PO ‘Q’ EM/ REM Course 01/2024 and PH III EM/ REM Course 01/2024 were held in a high note at Electrical and Electronic Engineering School on 12th February 2024. Courses are specially designed to impart professional knowledge on the theoretical and practical aspects of the electrical and electronic fields also to improve the qualities and capabilities of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering branch sailors. The Officer in Command of Electrical & Electronic Engineering School, Lieutenant Commander (L) SASM Samarakoon graced the occasion as the chief guest and addressed the SUTs. The PO ‘Q’ EM/ REM Course is comprised of 30 nos of Leading Electrical Mechanic SUTs and 30 nos of Leading Radio Electronic Mechanic SUTs. The PH III EM/ REM Course is comprised of 29 nos of Electrical Mechanic/ Radio Electronic SUTs. The total 26 weeks durations of the both courses have been scheduled to be terminated on 11th August 2024.
