Opening Ceremony of Basic English OJT Communicator Course 2/2023
followed by Phase III Communicator Qualifying Course 2/2023

The opening ceremony of the Basic English OJT Communicator Course No. 2/2023 followed by Phase III Communicator Qualifying Course No. 2/2023 was successfully held at the Communication School, Naval & Maritime Academy on 02nd October 2023.

The course comprised of 29 sailors and this training serves to enhance the English knowledge of OJT communicator sailors prior to commence their Phase III communicator qualifying course with the objective of eliminating fear and building confidence when using the English language as a communicator.

The official opening ceremony of the course was graced by Lieutenant Commander (C) DRJ Fernando, the instructor officer of the Communication School.
