The opening address of the UC/UW PH III qualifying course 02/2023

The opening address of The UC/UW PH III Qualifying Course 02/2023 was held at the ASW School on 14th August 2023. This course is specially designed to impart knowledge on Anti-Submarine Warfare which is used in SLN to the junior sailors who have successfully completed the Advanced Seamanship Course and wish to enroll into the ASW branch. The course is comprised of 28 junior sailors.

The Officer in Charge of the ASW School, Lieutenant Commander (ASW) BKSE Rodrigo officially inaugurated the ceremony and the A/Chief Instructor,FCPO AA Chandana with the Staff welcomed all the course participants.

The course participants will have to undergo 15 week of training programme at NMA and the course will be terminated on 26th November 2023.
