Certificate awarding ceremony of Long Executive Specialization course No 03, was held glamorously at the Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda Auditorium in Trincomalee on Friday, 02nd June 2023. The Commander Eastern Naval Area and the Commandant Volunteer Naval Force, Rear Admiral Dammika Kumara graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
26 executive officers who categorically belong to the specializations on Navigation, Gunnery, Communication and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) have successfully completed the Long Executive Specialization Course in which fifty two weeks-long programme  imparted highest academic and professional knowledge. The Chief Guest congratulated the student officers for achieving their career milestones and further highlighted the importance of specialization in the professional fields, addressing the eminent gathering.
The Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy Commodore Buddhika Liyanagamage, officers of Academic staff and as well as the families of student officers were present on this occasion.
