32nd JNSC Scholars display athletics prowess

The Student Officers of 32nd Junior Naval Staff Course (JNSC) successfully completed the triathlon proving their excellence in sports amidst of highly compressed and strenuous academic course on 18 March 2023. The event was planned as a programmed training event in JNSC curriculum, which included 100 m swimming, 5.4 km cycling and 2.4 km running. The event was in full swing with the flag signal by the Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy Commodore B. Liyanagamage, NRX 0823 and who also graced the occasion as the chief guest of final prize giving ceremtony. Lt (G) DHTM De Silva, NRX 3281 secured first place while LCdr (E) PK Kumarage, NRE 3393 placed the runner-up. Capt HAC Priyantha,NRX 1046 secured the third place.
