The Commencement of the 05th and 06th STCW Basic Safety Course and Maritime English Support Level (MESL) Course.

Stepping in to another phase, the Merchant Marine Training School has commenced the 05th and 06th STCW Basic Safety Course and Maritime English Support Level (MESL) course. The opening remark was delivered by the Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy, Commodore KDDC Fernando, RSP, USP, rcds on 05 Sep 22.  The course is comprised of twenty Student Officers and twenty Sailor Under Trainees.
