THE MERCHANT MARINE TRAINING SCHOOL OF NMA HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE STCW BASIC SAFETY AND MARITIME ENGLISH SUPPORT LEVEL COURSE NO. 06/2026 (S) AND 07/2026 (S)

THE MERCHANT MARINE TRAINING SCHOOL OF NMA HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE STCW BASIC SAFETY AND MARITIME ENGLISH SUPPORT LEVEL COURSE NO. 06/2026 (S) AND 07/2026 (S)

 

The Closing Ceremony of STCW Basic Safety Courses No. 06/2026 (S) and No. 07/2026 (S) was held on 06 Oct 26 at the Mini Auditorium of the Naval & Maritime Academy.

The courses commenced on 07 Sep 26 with the participation of thirty-four (34) senior sailors, and two (02) junior sailors. The training was conducted in compliance with the guidelines of Merchant Shipping Secretariat and the standards prescribed under the STCW Convention. This training programme plays a significant role in developing competent and qualified naval personnel equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to pursue career opportunities in the merchant shipping industry following their retirement from the Sri Lanka Navy.

Commandant, Commodore Nalinda Dissanayake, attended the occasion as the Chief Guest. During his closing address, he extended his congratulations and best wishes to all sailors who successfully completed the courses.

නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨයේ වෙළඳ නාවික පුහුණු පාසල මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන අඛණ්ඩ මුදාහැරීමේ සහතිකපත් පාඨමාලා අංක 06/2026 (S) සහ 07/2026 (S) පාඨමාලාවන් සාර්ථකව නිම කරන ලදී

 

අඛණ්ඩ මුදාහැරීමේ සහතිකපත් පාඨමාලා අංක 06/2026 (S) සහ 07/2026 (S) පාඨමාලාවන්හි සමාප්ති උත්සවය 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් මස 06 වන දින නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨයේ කුඩා ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේදී පවත්වන ලදි.

මෙම පාඨමාලාව 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 06 වන දින ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නාවිකයින් තිස් හතර දෙනෙකු (34) සහ කණිෂ්ඨ නාවිකයන් දෙදෙනෙකුගේ (02) සහභාගීත්වයෙන් ආරම්භ විය. වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සහ STCW සම්මුතියේ ප්‍රමිතින් වලට අනුකූලව මෙම පාඨමාලාව පවත්වනු ලැබු අතර, ශ්‍රී ලංකා නාවික හමුදාවෙන් විශ්‍රාම ගැනීමෙන් පසු වෙළඳ නාවික කර්මාන්තයේ වෘත්තිය අවස්ථාවන් ලබා ගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම් සහ නිපුණතා සහිත නාවික පුද්ගලයන් බිහි කිරීමෙහි ලා වැදගත් මුලපිරීමක් මෙම පුහුණු වැඩසටහන මඟින් සිදු කරනු ලබයි.

මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා ප්‍රධාන ආරාධිත අමුත්තා ලෙස ආඥාපති, කොමදෝරු නලින්ද දිසානායක ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිලධාරිතුමා සහභාගී වූ අතර, ඔහුගේ සමාප්ති දේශණය අතරතුර පාඨමාලාව සාර්ථකව නිම කල සියලුම නාවිකයින් හට සුභ පැතුම් එක් කරන ලදි.

வின் வணிகக் கப்பல் பயிற்சிப் பள்ளி, STCW அடிப்படைப் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் கடல்சார் ஆங்கில ஆதரவு நிலை பாடநெறி எண் 06/2026 (S) மற்றும் 07/2026 (S) ஆகியவற்றை வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவு செய்துள்ளது

 

அடிப்படைப் பாதுகாப்புப் பாடநெறிகள் எண். 06/2026 (S) மற்றும் எண். 07/2026 (S) ஆகியவற்றின் நிறைவு விழா, 06 அக்டோபர் 26 அன்று கடற்படை மற்றும் கடல்சார் அகாதமியின் மினி கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.

முப்பத்து நான்கு சிரேஷ்ட மாலுமிகள் மற்றும் இரண்டு இளைய மாலுமிகளின் பங்கேற்புடன், 07 செப்டம்பர் 26 அன்று இந்தப் பாடநெறிகள் தொடங்கின. வணிகக் கப்பல் செயலகத்தின் வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் மற்றும் உடன்படிக்கையின் கீழ் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட தரநிலைகளுக்கு இணங்க இந்தப் பயிற்சி நடத்தப்பட்டது. இலங்கை கடற்படையிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெற்ற பின்னர் வணிகக் கப்பல் துறையில் தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளைத் தொடரத் தேவையான அறிவு, திறன்கள் மற்றும் தகுதிகளுடன் கூடிய திறமையான மற்றும் தகுதிவாய்ந்த கடற்படை வீரர்களை உருவாக்குவதில் இந்தப் பயிற்சித் திட்டம் ஒரு முக்கியப் பங்காற்றுகிறது.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் தளபதி, கொமடோர் நலிந்த திசாநாயக்க அவர்கள் பிரதம விருந்தினராகக் கலந்துகொண்டார். தனது நிறைவுரையின் போது, பாடநெறிகளை வெற்றிகரமாக முடித்த அனைத்து மாலுமிகளுக்கும் அவர் தனது வாழ்த்துகளையும் நல்வாழ்த்துக்களையும் தெரிவித்தார்.
