THE OPENING ADDRESS OF THE DIRECT ENTRY INTAKE 01/2025

The opening address of the Direct Entry Intake 01/2025 was held at the Naval & Maritime Academy (NMA) on 27th May 2026 at the Mini Auditorium. Commander (C) AMAS Alahakoon, the Head of the Officer Training Wing (OTW), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, with the participation of the Divisional Officers, Directing Staff of the OTW, and senior and junior sailor instructors.

The Direct Entry Intake 01/2025 comprises 27 Officer Under Trainees (OUTs), including seven (07) lady OUTs. In his address, Commander Alahakoon underscored the importance of fostering knowledge, leadership, discipline, and integrity in shaping them into professional naval officers. He further reminded the trainees of their duty to uphold the expectations of the Sri Lanka Navy, their parents, and the NMA

The ceremony concluded with renewed motivation and pride among the trainees, marking the beginning of their transformative journey at the NMA.

ඉදුරාම බඳවා ගැනීම 01-2025 පාඨමාලාවේ ආරම්භක දේශනය


නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨයේ 2026 මැයි 27 වන දින අද්මිරාල් වසන්ත කරන්නාගොඩ කුඩා ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේදී ඉඳුරාම බඳවා ගැනීමේ 01/2025 පුහුණුවන නිලධාරීන් සඳහා ආරම්භක දේශනය පවත්වන ලදී. ආයතන ප්‍රධානී නිලධාරී පුහුණු කිරිමේ සංචිතය, කොමාණ්ඩර් (සංඥා) ඒඑම්ඒඑස් අලහකෝන් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිලධාරී තුමන් ප්‍රධාන ආරාධිත අමුත්තා ලෙස සහභාගී වූ අතර,නිලධාරී පුහුණු කිරීමේ සංචිතයට අයත් අංශභාර නිලධාරීන්, ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහ කණිෂ්ඨ උපදේශකයින් ද මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගී විය.

ඉඳුරාම බඳවා ගැනීමේ 01/2025 පුහුණු වන නිලධාරින් 27 දෙනෙකුගෙන් සමන්විත වන අතර ඉන් 07 දෙනෙකු කාන්තා පුහුණුවන නිලධාරිණියන් වේ. කොමාන්ඩර් (සංඥා) ඒඑම්ඒඑස් අලහකෝන්, ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිලධාරි තුමන් මෙම පුහුණුවන නිලධාරීන් වෘත්තීය නාවික නිලධාරීන් බවට පත් කිරීමට දැනුම, නායකත්වය, විනය සහ ඒකාග්‍රතාවය පවත්වා ගෙන යාමේ ඇති වැදගත්කම සිය දේශණයේදී අවධාරණය කරන ලදී. ශ්‍රී ලංකා නාවික හමුදාවේ, ඔවුන්ගේ දෙමාපියන්ගේ සහ නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨයේ අපේක්ෂාවන් ආරක්ෂා කිරීම ඔවුන් සතු යුතුකමක් බව ඔහු තවදුරටත් පැහැදිලි කරන ලදී.

නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨය තුළ ඔවුන්ගේ පරිවර්තනීය ගමනේ ආරම්භය සනිටුහන් කරමින්, නව අභිප්‍රේරණයක් සහ අභිමාණනීය හැගීමක් ද ඇති කරමින් උත්සවයේ වැඩකටයුතු අවසන් කරන ලදී.

நேரடி சேர்க்கை 01/2025-இன் தொடக்க விழா


2026 மே 27 அன்று, கடற்படை மற்றும் கடல்சார் அகாதமியின் (NMA) மினி ஆடிட்டோரியத்தில், நேரடி நுழைவு சேர்க்கை 01/2025-க்கான தொடக்க உரை நடைபெற்றது. அதிகாரி பயிற்சிப் பிரிவின் (OTW) தலைவரான கமாண்டர் (C) ஏ.எம்.ஏ.எஸ். அலஹாகோன் அவர்கள் பிரதம விருந்தினராக இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தார். கோட்ட அதிகாரிகள், அதிகாரி பயிற்சிப் பிரிவின் வழிகாட்டும் பணியாளர்கள், மற்றும் மூத்த, இளைய மாலுமிப் பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர்களும் இதில் பங்கேற்றனர்.

நேரடி நுழைவு 01/2025 சேர்க்கையில், ஏழு (07) பெண் பயிற்சி அதிகாரிகள் உட்பட 27 பயிற்சி அதிகாரிகள் உள்ளனர். தனது உரையில், தளபதி அலஹகோன், அவர்களைத் தொழில்முறை கடற்படை அதிகாரிகளாக உருவாக்குவதில் அறிவு, தலைமைத்துவம், ஒழுக்கம் மற்றும் நேர்மை ஆகியவற்றை வளர்ப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவத்தை வலியுறுத்தினார். மேலும், இலங்கை கடற்படை, அவர்களது பெற்றோர் மற்றும் கடற்படை இராணுவ சங்கம் ஆகியவற்றின் எதிர்பார்ப்புகளை நிலைநிறுத்துவது பயிற்சி அதிகாரிகளின் கடமை என்பதை அவர் நினைவூட்டினார்.

இந்த விழா, பயிற்சியாளர்களிடையே புத்துணர்ச்சியூட்டும் ஊக்கத்தையும் பெருமிதத்தையும் ஏற்படுத்தி நிறைவடைந்தது; இது NMA-வில் அவர்களின் மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்கும் பயணத்தின் தொடக்கத்தைக் குறித்தது.
