NEPAL ARMY COMMAND AND STAFF TRAINING OFFICERS' VISIT TO THE NAVAL & MARITIME ACADEMY

 

The Naval & Maritime Academy extended a warm welcome to a military delegation from the Army Command and Staff College, Nepal, on 22 Jan 26. The visiting delegation was led by Brigadier General Purna Bahadur Khatri, the Military Assistant to the Chief of Army Staff, and included three (03) Directing Staff members along with ten (10) course participants.

The visit commenced with a comprehensive presentation of the NMA by Commander Chathuranga Rathnayake, Course Coordinator of the Junior Naval Staff Course, who offered valuable insights into the organisation and training of the Naval and Maritime Academy. This was followed by a visit to several key facilities, including the Navigation Simulators and Fast Attack Craft Simulator.

The Commandant of the NMA, Commodore Dinesh Bandara attended an interaction session involving the Academic Staff of NMA and the delegation from Nepal Army Command and Staff College, together with the course participants of the Army Command and Staff College, Nepal, and the Junior Naval Staff Course of Sri Lanka. During the interaction session, both parties engaged in cordial and constructive discussions focused on strengthening the bond and mutual cooperation between the two services.

නේපාලයේ හමුදා අණ හා මාණ්ඩලික විද්‍යාලයේ පුහුණු වන නිලධාරින් (10) සහ උපදේශක නිලධාරින් (03), නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපිඨයේ අධ්‍යාපන චාරිකාවක් සදහා 2026 ජනවාරි මස 22 වන දින සහභාගි වු අතර, හමුදා දූත පිරීසේ ප්‍රධානීයා වන, බ්‍රිගේඩියර් ජෙනරාල් පූර්ණ බහදූර් ඛත්‍රි ඇතුළු පිරිස නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපිඨය අඥාපති තුමා විසින් උණුසුම්ව පිළිගන්නා ලදී.

නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපීඨයේ සංවිධානය සහ පුහුණුව පිළිබඳ අවබෝධයක් කනිෂ්ඨ නාවික මාණ්ඩලික පාඨමාලාවේ පාඨමාලා සම්බන්ධීකාරක කොමාණ්ඩර් චතුරංග රත්නායක විසින් ලබා දීමෙන් අනතුරුව මෙම චාරිකාව ආරම්භ වු අතර, පසුව නාවික සමාකෘති (Navigation Simulators) සහ වේග ප්‍රහාරක යාත්‍රා සමාකෘති (Fast Attack Craft Simulator) ඇතුළු ප්‍රධාන පහසුකම් කිහිපයක් නරඹන ලදි.

නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපිඨයේ ආඥාපති කොමදෝරු දිනේෂ් බණ්ඩාර තිලධාරිතුමා‍ගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන්, නේපාලයේ යුධ හමුදා අණ හා මාණ්ඩලික විද්‍යාලයේ සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කනිෂ්ඨ නාවික මාණ්ඩලික පාඨමාලාවේ පුහුණු නිලධාරින්, නාවික හා සාගරික විද්‍යාපිඨයේ අධ්‍යයන කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සහ නේපාල හමුදා අණ හා මාණ්ඩලික විද්‍යාලයේ නියෝජිත පිරිස සහභාගී වූ සුහද හමුවක් පවත්වන ලද අතර, දෙපාර්ශ්වයම සේවාවන් දෙක අතර, බැඳීම සහ අන්‍යෝන්‍ය සහයෝගීතාව ශක්තිමත් කිරීම කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරමින් සුහද හා ඵලදායී සාකච්ඡාවල නිරත විය.

நேபாளத்தின் இராணுவ கட்டளை மற்றும் பணியாளர் கல்லூரியைச் சேர்ந்த இராணுவக் குழுவிற்கு கடற்படை மற்றும் கடல்சார் அகாடமி ஜனவரி 22, 2026 அன்று அன்பான வரவேற்பு அளித்தது. வருகை தந்த குழுவிற்கு இராணுவத் தளபதியின் இராணுவ உதவியாளர் பிரிகேடியர் ஜெனரல் பூர்ணா பகதூர் காத்ரி தலைமை தாங்கினார், மேலும் மூன்று (03) வழிகாட்டும் பணியாளர்கள் மற்றும் பத்து (10) பாடநெறி பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் அடங்குவர்.

ஜூனியர் கடற்படை பணியாளர் பாடநெறியின் பாடநெறி ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் கமாண்டர் சதுரங்க ரத்னாயகேவின் NMA பற்றிய விரிவான விளக்கத்துடன் இந்த விஜயம் தொடங்கியது, அவர் கடற்படை மற்றும் கடல்சார் அகாடமியின் அமைப்பு மற்றும் பயிற்சி பற்றிய மதிப்புமிக்க நுண்ணறிவுகளை வழங்கினார். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து வழிசெலுத்தல் சிமுலேட்டர்கள் மற்றும் வேகமான தாக்குதல் கைவினை சிமுலேட்டர் உள்ளிட்ட பல முக்கிய வசதிகளைப் பார்வையிட்டார்.
