The successful completion of the PO ‘Q’ SA/WTR Course 02/2024 was held on 29th March 2025 at the Mini Auditorium of the Naval and Maritime Academy with the presence of the Training Captain and directing staff of Naval and Maritime Academy.
The course commenced on 30th September 2024, with the participation of forty (40) junior sailors. The course aimed at enhancing trainees’ professional knowledge to perform duties as Store Assistants and Writers. The course module comprised with Contemporary Logistics and Secretariat matters in the Sri Lanka Navy.
Since the trainees had successfully completed their English Module, the closing ceremony was conducted in English Medium for the first time. The Training Captain, Captain (N) SD Paranagama, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and congratulated all course participants during his closing remarks.
