CATERING AND MESS MANAGEMENT MODULE II AT THE WAVE N’ LAKE NAVY HALL, WELISARA FOR 28TH SUB LIEUTENANT TECHNICAL (LOGISTICS) COURSE

The 28th Sub Lieutenant Technical (Logistics) Course successfully participated in their Catering and Mess Management Module II from 23 to 27 Dec 24 at the Wave N’ Lake Navy Hall, Welisara. The module featured insightful lectures by Head of Operations and Manager Banquet Hall and Restaurant – Wave N’ Lake Navy Hall, on table ethics, grooming, event management, and handling glassware and crockery.

A special practical session was held on 26th December at the Colombo Bartending and Barista School provided hands-on training in bartending and barista techniques. The programme enhanced participants’ professional skills, hospitality knowledge, and service delivery.
