PO ‘Q’ ME(CE) Course 01/2023 Commences at NMA

The opening address of PO ‘Q’ ME (CE) Qualifying Course 01/2023 was held glamorously at the auditorium of Civil Engineering School on 09th October 2023. This course is specially designed to impart further professional knowledge in civil engineering field to the sailors who have successfully completed the Leading ‘Q’ ME (CE) course. Further, on completion of the course, they will qualify enough to obtain NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervisory. The course is comprised of 30 no’s of course participants.

The officer in charge of the Civil Engineering School, LCdr (CE) ABC De Alwis officially inaugurated the ceremony and the Chief Instructor FCPO MGCB Samarawickrama welcomed all the course participants. The course participants will have to undergo 26 week of training programme and the course will be terminated on 09th April 2024.
