Outbound Training for Undergraduates Of University Of Sri Jayawardhanapura

Students of Faculty of Management and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayawardhanapura attended their practical leadership module on 01st and 02nd  April 2023 at the Naval and Maritime Academy. It was a tailor-made training programme, formulated based on the request made by the University of Sri Jayawardhanapura.

The training programme comprised activities and lecture sessions aimed to develop their leadership skills, teamwork and situation-handling aspects. The training programme was conducted by the Officer Training Wing together with Combat Training Unit. Forty six (46) students followed the training and three (03) Directing Staff were also present.

The course commenced on 01st April 2023, and the inaugural session was graced by the Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy as the chief guest.

On completion of the training, students organized a Variety Show at Chapel Beach and Deputy Training Captain graced the occasion.
