In his address, he emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for trainees to explore and develop their artistic capabilities and further highlighted its value in shaping well rounded naval personnel.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
