The two (02) courses consist of forty (40) sailors.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">The course aims to equip participants with the skills necessary to obtain the Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) from the Merchant Shipping Secretariat (MSS). This initiative is pivotal for naval personnel seeking second career opportunities after retiring from the Sri Lanka Navy.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text );
