The course was completed within twenty &#8211; seven (27) weeks and focused to impart theoretical and practical knowledge on current communication policies\/procedures, ceremonials and other miscellaneous aspects. COM II YBMDCY Bandara XC 121926 was awarded the certificate for the highest aggregator of all subjects.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The Officer In-Charge of the Communication School, Commander (C) WD Tissera, RSP*, psc graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and congratulated all course participants during his closing
