The curriculum included an Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, Food Safety and Security, Personal Grooming, Food Preservation, Menu Planning, Costing of Menus, and Cooking Methods and Styles, which were reinforced with practical sessions. Additionally, the course covered Introduction to Beverages, Coffee Preparation, Food Service, Housekeeping Techniques, Customer Service Skills, and Event Organizing and Management. Participants gained hands -on experience, enhancing their skills to effectively manage catering and mess operations, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. On completion of the programme, participants were awarded with certificates. OIC \u2013 Logistics and Management School attended the Certificate Awarding Ceremony, Presided by Mr. Ravindra Ranjith \u2013 Deputy Director
