The module featured insightful lectures by Head of Operations and Manager Banquet Hall and Restaurant &#8211; Wave N\u2019 Lake Navy Hall, on table ethics, grooming, event management, and handling glassware and crockery.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">A special practical session was held on 26<\/span><sup style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">th<\/sup><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\"> December at the Colombo Bartending and Barista School provided hands-on training in bartending and barista techniques. The programme enhanced participants&#8217; professional skills, hospitality knowledge, and service
