This course was specially designed to impart further professional knowledge in the civil engineering field to the sailors who have joined the Civil Engineering branch. Further, on completion of the course, they will qualify enough to obtain NVQ Level 3 with respect to their trades. The course was comprised of 21 course participants.<\/p><p>All trainees were awarded a certificate on successful completion of the course.<\/p><p>The OIC Civil Engineering School, LCdr (CE) ABC De Alwis, graced the occasion as the chief guest and congratulated all course participants during his closing
