Capt (S) RMIA Mendis OIC Logistics and Management School graced the occasion as the chief guest. 2 IC Logistics and Management School, senior and junior sailor instructors in Logistics and Management School participated in the event.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">All courses consist 120 sailor under trainees (SUTs) including 39 sailors from PO \u2018Q\u2019 SA\/WTR, 38 sailors from PO \u2018Q\u2019 CH, 18 sailors from PO \u2018Q\u2019 ST and 25 sailors from P III CH\u00a0 respectively. The courses are designed for a period of 24 weeks to enhance the theoretical knowledge and all the practical accepts in view of producing competent Logistics sailors in the SLN. Furthermore, participants will be able to inculcate loyalty, required leadership qualities and necessary capabilities to perform Naval duties in future.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Addressing the sailor under trainees at the opening ceremony, the OIC Logistics and Management School emphasized the importance of acquiring the knowledge regarding their profession and the personal life.
