This edition beckons contributors to share their expertise by publishing research papers and scholarly articles across diverse subject disciplines. &#8216;The Porthole&#8217; is published by the Naval &amp; Maritime Academy, to strengthen academic writing abilities and cultivate a voracious reading habit among naval personnel.
