This course is specially designed to impart further professional knowledge in civil engineering field to the sailors who have successfully completed the Leading \u2018Q\u2019 ME (CE) course. Further, on completion of the course, they will qualify enough to obtain NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervisory. The course is comprised of 30 no\u2019s of course participants.<\/p>\n<p>The officer in charge of the Civil Engineering School, LCdr (CE) ABC De Alwis officially inaugurated the ceremony and the Chief Instructor FCPO MGCB Samarawickrama welcomed all the course participants.
