English OJT Communicator Course No. 2\/2023 followed by Phase III Communicator Qualifying Course No. 2\/2023 was successfully held at the Communication School, Naval &amp; Maritime Academy on 02<sup>nd<\/sup> October 2023.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">The course comprised of 29 sailors and this training serves to enhance the English knowledge of OJT communicator sailors prior to commence their Phase III communicator qualifying course with the objective of eliminating fear and building confidence when using the English language as a communicator.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">The official opening ceremony of the course was graced by Lieutenant Commander (C) DRJ Fernando, the instructor officer of the Communication
