It was a tailor-made training programme, formulated based on <span style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">sess<\/span>ions<span style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"> aimed to develop their leadership skills, teamwork, and situation-handling aspects<\/span>. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">The training programme was conducted by the Officer Training Wing together with<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">the<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"> Combat Training Unit. Thirty-Seven<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"> (37) numbers of Officer Under Trainees participated in this exercise. <\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">On completion of the exercise, OUTs organized a Variety Show and dinner was prepared by themselves at Chapel Beach.
