The main aim of the excursion was to develop attitudes of researching and exploration, leadership qualities, and organizing ability of student officers. So the exercise put a lot of emphasis on enhancing the student officers&#8217; capacities for teamwork, planning and execution.<\/p><p>The students unveiled the treasures such as heritage, nature, and military, hidden in the Sober Island after conducting in-depth desk. The officers presented their findings in significant locations, some of them were dated back to the Portuguese era. The excursion produced an engaging environment for student officers to break their monotonous life which was full of studies. The outing was also featured with water sports competitions, a beach clean-up initiative and it was concluded with a luncheon on the island&#8217;s poshest beach.
