The Commander Eastern Naval Area and the Commandant Volunteer Naval Force, Rear Admiral Dammika Kumara graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.<\/p><p>26 executive officers who categorically belong to the specializations on Navigation, Gunnery, Communication and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) have successfully completed the Long Executive Specialization Course in which fifty two weeks-long programme \u00a0imparted highest academic and professional knowledge.
