It was a tailor-made training programme, formulated based on the request made by the University of Sri Jayawardhanapura.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">The training programme comprised activities and lecture sessions aimed to develop their leadership skills, teamwork and situation-handling aspects. The training programme was conducted by the Officer Training Wing together with Combat Training Unit.
