The ceremony was held with the representation of Senior Officers, Officers, Officer Under Trainees, Sailor Instructors and Sailor Under Trainees of the Naval and Maritime Academy.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Addressing the congregation, the Chief Guest, Commandant Naval and Maritime Academy Commodore Budhdhika Liyanagamage congratulated all the midshipmen who took part in syndicates.
